Additionally, to ensure a seamless experience for our guests, we offer complimentary hotel pick-up services. A comfortable transfer will be arranged to collect you from your hotel, typically 1 to 2 hours before the scheduled departure time, depending on your hotel's location. No, the price is per jet ski. This means two people can travel for the advertised price. There isn’t a more economical way to tour Phuket’s beautiful islands.
Is the tour available every day?
Absolutely! We operate tours from Monday to Sunday, and starting from "Leam Sai Pier" ensures minimal impact from waves during the monsoon season. Rest assured, our tours are available 365 days a year!
What's the difference between group and private tours?
Group tours consist of individual bookings, with each group limited to a maximum of 10 jet skis. On the other hand, private tours are exclusively for you and your friends. Private tours can accommodate 2 to 10 jet skis.
Where does the tour begin?
For our 6-point group tour, departure is from Leam Sai Pier.
How many jet skis are in each group?
For our 6-point group tour, each group consists of no more than 7-10 jet skis. If you prefer smaller groups, you can inquire about our private jetski tours, which start with just 2 jet skis.
What happens in case of bad weather?
If it's raining, the tour will proceed as scheduled. However, if the weather conditions are unsafe or if there's heavy rain, we'll notify you and reschedule the tour for another day.
Can we start the tour at different times?
No, I'm sorry, but that's not possible. We have 2 tours each day. For the morning tour, we start between 9:00 - 9:30, and for the afternoon tour, between 13:30 - 14:00.
What happens if I have an accident or scratch the jet ski?
You won't have to pay for an accident if you haven't been negligent. Please listen to our guides; they will explain when you need to pay for any damages. We have passenger insurance to cover any incidents that may occur.
What type of jet ski do you have?
We have Seadoo GTX 130 Pro jet skis from 2023 and 2024, as well as Yamaha models.
Where are you located?
We have our own jet ski pier in Phuket. Once your booking is confirmed, we'll send you the exact location via Google Maps. If you don’t require a hotel transfer, you can drive yourself to our base.
Can I pay for my jet ski tour of Phuket on the day?
Unfortunately, due to no-shows, we require deposits and full payment before your tour begins.
Can you pick me up at my hotel?
Yes, if you're staying in Patong, Kata, Karon, or Kamala, we offer free transfers to and from our location. For areas not included in the free transfer service, such as Rawai, Nai Harn, Panwa, Surin, Laguna, Naithon, Nai Yang, Airport, and Mai Khao, private transfers are available for an additional charge of 1500 baht.
I’m looking for jet ski hire in Phuket today. Can I just show up at your office and ride?
While we'd love to accommodate you, the nature of our jet skis means we have to spend time preparing them for each tour. Additionally, because demand is high, we don’t keep spare jet skis at the pier.
Can I drive a jet ski even if I've never done it before?
Absolutely! Our guide will provide you with instructions on how to operate a jet ski. Don't fret—it's straightforward! Many of our customers have never operated a jet ski before, so you're in good hands.
How many people can ride on one jet ski?
Each jet ski can accommodate up to 2 people, with a maximum combined weight of 180 kilograms.
How old do you need to be to ride a jet ski?
To operate a jet ski independently, the regulations require that renters must be at least 15 years old.
What is the difference between a group and a private tour?
During a group tour, you'll join other customers on a shared excursion. Rest assured, you'll still have the opportunity to drive the jet ski yourself! On a private tour, it's just you and your group island hopping with one of our guides on their own jet ski!
Can I rent a jet ski for a day without a guided tour?
We prefer not to rent out our jet skis to individuals without a guided tour.
What is your cancellation policy?
Bookings can be canceled up to 3 days before the tour start, and we will refund the payment back to you.
